A group discussion activity conducted for the students of classes XI and XII, where in they exchanged their views on the socio-economic, socio-emotional and cultural influence on status, standard, challenges and privileges of senior citizens in different countries .

PAUDHGIRI CAMPAIGN  DAV Police Public School organized PAUDHGIRI Campaign from 4 September 2019 to 10 October 2019 with great enthusiasm to initiate the green canopy in our surroundings. This campaign was an initiative by Haryana Government to increase the green cover in Haryana. The government distributed the saplings of various plants to schools in order to motivate the students to nurture the plants and ensure that it grows into a tree. The principal of our school inagurated the campaign by planting Chandni sapling and gave message to students to enhance the green environment in our surroundings for betterment. She gave an influential speech on the environment issues, effects of global warming, importance of trees and need to protect them. Skit on SAVE TREES Inter Class Skit Competition on the topic SAVE TREES was conducted for the students of class lll on   30th November,2019. Through different skits students depicted the importance of saving and planting trees. Children spread the message that trees provide us countless benefits and without them life on the earth is not at all possible and their absence would effect the entire ecosystem. Students’ efforts were appreciated by Honorable Principal Mam and she concluded the program with the message “Each one Plant one”

A VISIT TO KINGDOM OF DREAMS (GURUGRAM) DAVPPS organizes regular trips for students to promote learning through outdoor interactions and experiences. With this thought one day fun trip to the Kingdom of Dreams was organized for the students of 6 th to 8 th classes on August 24, 2019.  317students participated in it,  where they  relished the mouth watering dishes from different states and countries and also appreciate their taste and preparation. Students took pleasure in India’s first ever sky dome with different stalls  of fourteen different states with local cuisines . It was amazing to see the blend of all culture under one roof. The trip surely enthused and energized the students. It was an unforgettable trip whose sweet memories will be cherished for a long time.
